We are delighted with what Denise provides
for our dog – Rueben. He was never happy going into kennels, so the home option was ideal. We know (because he told
us!) that Rueben was lovingly looked after. We can’t thank Denise enough – because we also enjoyed our holiday
and were relaxed in the thought that Rueben was happy. We highly recommend Pet Royale.

" This company has been fantastic for me. My dog is not suitable for kennels, so home boarding has been the way to go.
The prices of Pet-Royale are comparable with kennels, and the level of care and attention that the dog receives is far in
advance of that offered by the very best kennels. The dog receives one-on-one attention, is never left unattended for more
than 3 hours and walked regularly - a must for a manic spaniel. My dog is always happy to go to the home boarder - my only
complaint is that he doesn't seem to miss me when I'm away! Denise is always very friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation
in recommending Pet Royale to anyone considering home boarding their dog."

We love our dogs and were totally convinced that they would be miserable if my husband and I left them in a kennels to go
on holiday . . . so we simply didn't go away. But we need a holiday . . . and then I heard of Pet-Royale . . . Denise
sounded lovely on the phone and obviously knew about dogs. We arranged for Sassy and Arnie to spend two days with Denise as
a trial. After we had left them I expected hourly a phone call to say they were miserable and stressed without me . . . NOT
A BIT OF IT . . .in fact I don't think they missed me at all . . . when I arrived to pick up my dogs they were relaxed,
happy and tired from being well walked . . . I swear they were disappointed at leaving. So thank you Denise for making it

"I have been using Pet Royale since last October to provide day care twice per week for my elderly dog. She is deaf,
has partial vision, and some senility. This service has enabled me to go to work without having to worry about her and has
provided her regular day carers (my parents) with some respite as she cannot be left on her own for any great period of time.
Pet Royale has been invaluable to me and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I have never had any worries about
leaving my pet with any of their carers.
P.S I've also been really impressed with the efficiency of the service and with how quickly it was all set up and monitored.
I am very happy with how quickly she settled and it is a weight off my shoulders to have this care."

"I cant rave enough about Pet Royale services. My Sharpei is very territorial and when he first met Denise was rather
hostile as he is to most, therefore kennels were not an option. Denise won him round and he adores her. When I go on holiday
I have peace of mind in the knowledge that my boy will be spoilt rotten and happy. Aunty Denise also comes twice a week for
walks which means I dont have to rush home from work"

" A wonderful service. I was let down the night before my holiday by my pet sitter and phoned Pet-Royale late at
night to see if they could help. They were wonderful, very friendly, very professional and a real pleasure to deal with.
Within an hour they had arranged a home for Cassie. I felt they asked all the right questions, in order to know about
Cassie's needs and I went on holiday very reassured that my dog was getting the best care. I will be using their services
again, although not in such a rush next time! I will certainly be recommending their service."

Denise has walked my chocolate labrador, Misty for nearly 3 years on a weekly basis. She is concientious, caring
and efficient - above all Misty loves her and I totally trust her. Denise is very personal in her approach and an excellent
communicator should the need arise. Misty is always pleased to see her and has been known to abandon me in preference
for Denise if we see her when out walking! I can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Denise.

We were delighted at the way you looked after young Purdey and elderly Nico when we were away at a wedding in Brighton.
We could tell the dogs just loved you, Denise, on first meeting - you are a natural. They are hoping we go away again

Denise walked my dog Bruno on most weekdays for well over four years.
I quickly became assured that Bruno was being walked in a reliable, safe and controlled environment that established a happy,
trusting relationship between Bruno and Denise. Denise and Russell also looked after him in their own home when I was
away on holiday - which Bruno loved as it was a "home from home" for him and I never had a moment's worry about his well-being.

Richard and I met Denise when we moved to her village and we were impressed
by the way she looked after the dogs in her care - out in all weathers but always having a good time and making sure the dogs
were happy. When we got our own puppy Peggy, a golden labrador, we wanted Denise to look after her too and it was great
knowing we had someone to take care of Peggy on those occasions when we wanted a weekend break or had to be away from home
during the day.

Hello, my name is George. I'm a really happy dog and my owners think the world of me. But I must admit to
looking forward to their holidays, because I can go on mine! I really enjoy my stays with Denise and Russ, a real home from
home. The time passes so quickly and I always feel the centre of attention. I'm sure that any other

I first met Denise Ward some years ago, because of her affinity with dogs, and from experience,
can guarantee that any dog given into her care will be safe and happy. My own dog Poppy would confirm this if she could -

Denise walked Hollie for a couple of years. Hollie always wagged her tail with excitement when Denise
arrived to take her for a walk. It was obvious that Denise had a great love of animals, even building a play area for
our rabbits when caring for them whilst we were on holiday. Denise is always most trustworthy and very reliable.

Truly "doggy people". We first met Denise two years ago when she and her husband Russell looked after
Digby and Ollie whilst we went on holiday. We felt totally confident that our "boys" would be well looked after and
safe. A real "home from home" - this is very important to us as Digby is epileptic and stress can bring on fits. Digby's
medication was administered daily to our instructions without any problems. Ollie just needed plenty of fuss which the
two of them received in great quantities. They both love going to stay with Denise and Russ and we have no hesitation
in recommending Denise's services to anyone choosing an alternative to kennels.

We cannot recommend Denise highly enough to care for your pets; she is honest, caring and very reliable.
Millie is our Labrador Retriever, who is 4 years old. Denise regularly walked Millie during the week when we were at work
and school. Millie has also stayed with Denise and her family, when we have been on holiday. Not only did Denise become
