Our Terms and Conditions 1) Pet Royale is authorised to perform the care and services
as outlined in these Terms and Conditions and by any following contract and/or completed booking request form (where
a deposit or full monies have been received and the client has satisfied themselves as to the actual home board, by visit
or otherwise, and the home boarders have indicated their agreement to the assignment). 2) The client hereby warrants
that Pet Royale is fully authorised to seek and obtain veterinary care with release from all liabilities related to transportation,
treatment and expense and the Client shall reimburse Pet Royale for all expenses incurred plus any additional fees.
3) The Client is liable for any expenses incurred in the purchase of any essential food or supplies or equipment required
in the care of their pet(s) and on any occasion where damage occurs to any homeboarder's home or property as a direct
result of the pet's behaviour e.g biting, scratching, chewing etc. 4) The utmost care will be given in watching
both your pet(s) and your home, if applicable. However, due to the extreme unpredictability of animals, Pet Royale cannot
be held liable by the client for the disappearance, death, or injury of pets or animals.
5) In the event of inclement
weather or natural disaster, Pet Royale is entrusted to use best judgement in caring for your pet(s). Pet Royale shall not
be held responsible for any consequences related to such decisions.
6) If your pet(s)’ behaviour or any
reasonable condition prohibits Pet Royale from caring for them, the Client authorises their pet(s) to be placed in a kennel/stable/cattery
or other suitable accommodation, with all charges emanating payable by the Client. There will be a minimum £15 transfer
charge for each pet, the actual cost dependant on mileage.
7) The client warrants that Pet Royale is authorised
to employ agents to perform its services on its behalf and will make its best endeavours to ensure continuity and to the same
level of service that the client expects. The client also warrants that it has no contractual right to expect a particular
member of staff to carry out the pet care required and Pet-Royale reserves the right to deploy any Pet-Royale carer to suit
the overall service commitments of the business.
8) In the event of personal emergency or illness of the
assigned carer, the Client authorises Pet Royale to arrange for another authorised carer, where possible and using our best
endeavours. The client acknowledges that there may be occasions when the contract is frustrated and in these circumstances
the pet will be removed to suitable accommodation such as kennels or catteries etc. 9) For Dog Walking
and Home Boarding services, the Client confirms that all pets are fully vaccinated, micro-chipped, not in heat, and
in good health (unless otherwise declared and a care plan agreed)
10) Should a Pet Royale carer be bitten or otherwise
exposed to any disease or ailment received from the Client’s pet, the Client shall be responsible for payment of all
costs incurred by the carer in receiving treatment and subsequent care plus any legal costs, economic loss and/or consequential
loss arising.
11) Pet Royale reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time before or during its term
if Pet Royale, in its sole discretion, determines that the Client’s pet(s) poses a danger to the health or safety, physical
or mental condition of the Pet Royale carer.
12) Pet Royale warrants that it holds public liability insurance for
the loss and/or damage to third party property and/or bodily injury to third party/persons arising out of his/her activities.
13) It is the responsibility of the client to inform their own insurers that Pet Royale have been engaged to provide
pet sitting services and cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by the carer in the course of providing pet
care in the client’s home.
14) Pet Royale agrees to provide the services specified in the contract. In consideration
of these services and as an express condition thereof the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against
the said Pet Royale including accidental damage to property and pets.
15) In the event that the Pet Royale carer
is required to employ the services of a locksmith to gain entry into the Client’s premises due to reasons beyond the
control of Pet Royale, it shall be the Client’s responsibility to reimburse all costs incurred and the Client expressly
gives the Pet Royale carer the authority to employ a locksmith. Should the client require the key to be returned in person,
this is chargeable at the agreed visit rate.
16) The Client authorises the original signed contract to be valid
approval for future services of any purpose provided by this contract permitting Pet Royale to accept telephone reservations
for services and enter premises without additional signed contracts or written authorisation.
18) Pet-Royale Limited
reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms and Conditions as appropriate.
